The
leadership of the 2004 Reformed and United Guardians Brotherhood Inc.
(R.U.G.B.I.) in the Philippines elected the new leaders during the National
Election held last March 28, 2010. All active local chapters were represented
by their respective Founders to elect the new leaders of R.U.G.B.I. who will
run the organization for a fresh term. Manuel "CNF Diablo" R.
Millarez who was promoted and appointed as Founding Chairman of R.U.G.B.I. by
Fernando "NFRMG Foxtrot 57" B.
Caguinguin. And also CNF Diablo appointed Fernando “NF F57” B. Caguingin
as National Chairman. While the elected National Officers as follows Graciano
"NFRMG Panther" C. Carreon, National President, Narciso "NFRMG
Malaya" S. De Leon, National VP for Administration, Arries "NFRMG
Harris" J. Pajarillaga, National VP for Operation, Jude "NFRMG Brix" P. Arcelo, National Secretary, Mario
"NFRMG Bobos" I. Gutib, National Treasurer, Joel "NFRMG
Owel" Umpad, National Auditor and National PROs are Reynaldo "NFRMG
Calagan" Mandaquio, Ruperto "NFRMG Ping" Santos and "NFRMG
Alamid".
Other
post filled were National Founders Committee President Marvin "NFGBF
Begote" C. Vargas, Ethics & Grievance Committee Chairman Jose
"NFGBF Tigre" T. Barbosa, Jr. and NCR President Randelito "NFRMG
RJ" B. Maboles.
Founded
in 2004, R.U.G.B.I. rise-up from its humble beginning to become a formidable
Guardians organization with an intention of reforming and to unite all
Guardians brotherhood, maintain cooperation amongst branches and vigilant to
ensure that codes of conducts and ethics are properly observed by all
Guardians.
In Qatar, R.U.G.B.I. International chapters are active
members of Guardians Legion Qatar (GLQ) the alliance of 8 Guardians branches
and their respective founders occupies an important position within the Legion.
RUGBI officials who are part are GLQ's Founder's Committee are Vice-Chairman
for Administration, Juan "FRMG Habagat" B. Taduran, Chief-of-Staff,
Manuel "FRMG Stallion" V. Camato and Secretary General Rene
"FRMG RML" M. Lloren. Mabuhay ang “Mga Maginoo at Nagkakaisang
Katuwang ng Lahing Pilipino, Magigiting at Matatapat na Tagapagtanggol ng Bansa
at Lipunan”
MGA PANGYAYARI SA LOOB NG RUGBI
During our
aoth-taking held at Brgy. Tikay, Malolos Bulacan, dated April 18, 2010. As
Elected National Officers of RUGBI. However the transation of terms was not
fully occupied until the previous administration turnover the details of
financial records and others documents.
Furthermore, they
did not promote us as National Founder the reason why because they still
observing us for our performance as new National officer. During last national
meeting held at Bacoor Cavite. We had an argument between NCF Kits and the new
National Officers due to the “NF rank” that sealed in our uniform. ‘Til then,
every National Meeting, we heared disrespect words and complain, they insist
not to acknowledge us as a “NF”. I didn’t know for what reason because as I
know once we’re pledged, definitely we recognized as “NF”. On this matter, it
was discouraged us not to performed our duty and task.
Since
then, NF Panther unofficially resigned as National President through text
messages. Because as we knew, CNF Diablo among others previous administration
conducted the secret election held at office of NF 57, without informing us.
Until then last October 10, 2010, during National Meeting held at Black
Panthers Alpha Chapter by NCF Kits, the
programmed and the appointed National Officers
was all set and scripted, NF Begote was assigned as National President.
When I knew what they did, I immediately texted NCF Kits to express my
resignation and at that time I have no time to participate any activities of
RUGBI. Because I undergo training in Reserved Philippine Army at the time. In
my resignation, a couple of weeks some of Chapter Founders
& Members, who believed my leadership’s capabilities, encouraged me to
create a new branch of Guardians. What I did, I immediately spoke to NF RJ and
NF Shark and NF Gemini among others to create a new name of organization.
Therefore,
the National Assembly was organized, and it held on Ocober 16, 2010 at Brgy.
Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan. And attended of some Chapter Founders together with
Founder Maharlika and NF Harris of ADB Chapter. I discussed with them the
anomaly and irregularity of CNF Diablo, Including illegal promotion of “NF” of
inactive Lionheart Chapter and illegal collecting money from the founders100
each and the collection of raffle tickets last 2007 and 2008 for not declaring
financial report. And also the SEC Registration they did not submitted or
comply the GIS/FC at Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
October 16, 2010 the group agreed that the
selected name “Reformed and United Guardians Brotherhood International, Inc.”
of the organization, will be registered and made it official name of
organization.
